Montblanc pen
Summary: robel13755 bought two limited-edition Montblanc pens but suspects they are fake because they have the same serial number. Despite reporting the issue to eBay six days ago, they have not received a response, and the sellers continue to operate. robel13755 is considering hiring a lawyer and warns the community about fake pens on eBay. *miss-tigri* advises filing a return request and contacting the DGCCRF to resolve the problem.
Hello community, I bought two Mont Blanc pens, a limited edition of 6000 Thomas Mann pieces. They have the same number, so they are fake. I wanted to say that eBay doesn't care at all. It's now been 6 days since I alerted them; the sellers are still on the site and making sales. Having received no news from eBay, which respects no one, I'm putting this in the hands of a lawyer. Members, don't buy pens anymore; there are tons of superbly made fakes all over eBay.
