- whether the prices on the site are before tax or including tax..
- whether there are other taxes to pay for a cat....
In response, you give him French tax law for sellers... = that has nothing to do with the question.

Given that you are in Morocco... but registered on eBay.fr.... that's a mistake ... you should be registered on eBay.com....
As for the shipping of a purchase you make on ebay.fr.... you will probably be liable for Moroccan customs clearance to retrieve your purchases...
The rate to pay depends on your country's laws... find out locally.
