Hello, I posted an ad on ebay.fr that I later modified. A buyer ordered the item from me on ebay.de (Germany), but it turns out that the main title (item description) was not changed on ebay.de. I should note that I have never posted any ad whatsoever on ebay.de, or .com... So this is an ebay computer issue. As proof, a friend made the same change on his ebay account and found the same problem. It goes without saying that the buyer is acting in good faith; however, after many exchanges with ebay, they never respond to this specific problem. In short, it is a dialogue of the deaf and bad faith on ebay's part. I wrote to the buyer (who was refunded), offering to arrange a pickup by UPS at my expense, no response from him, and after following up, still no response. I no longer know what to do except hire a lawyer to take action against ebay, which is doing nothing to help me. I would like to point out that for 14 years, I have had 100% positive feedback and never any returns. Thank you in advance for your help. Eric
