connection issue continues
I tried to log back in and it was impossible to do so. After that, a window opened for me to sign up, which I did, but then when I logged in I lost everything from my history, including purchases that haven't been settled. How can I get this to go back to how it was before

"a window opened for me to sign up, which I did" = you have, in fact, created a new account on 3/9, so it’s normal that you don’t find the old account history there...
on your old username, follow the procedure to recover your password, or find your old login details in your associated email inbox.
