Hello, I ordered a battery for my laptop in Germany (I'm in France). The package was supposed to be delivered via DHL. Not seeing the tracking move, I asked the seller (August 29) what the reason for the delay was. He cited (reply on August 30) the holidays, as well as the fact that DHL doesn't seem to handle batteries. He tells me he is sending the package via another carrier. I can indeed see the tracking being updated in my summary section. But it hasn't moved since. It remains stuck on Tracking information provided and when I click on the link with the tracking number to check the carrier's website, I'm told that the number is unknown. The tracking was updated on August 30 following the seller's reply and since then, nothing. I sent the seller a message on September 1. No reply. I sent a second message on September 3, still no reply. For an order placed and paid for on August 26 and supposed to arrive at my place on September 1, this is starting to take really long. What can I do? Send the seller another message? If I request cancellation of the order, am I sure to get my way? Thanks! W.
