parcel tracking impossible, stuck on September 5, 2024 .......delivery expected between September 19 and 30
Hello
package shipped on September 3, tracking until the 5th then nothing more.... when I click on the tracking number I get an unknown number reply.....Item goes through ebay delivery....... who should I contact for tracking

Whether you have tracking or not... your seller is responsible for delivering your purchase to your hands (or home)...
In fact, you gave them the mandate to do it by advancing the shipping costs...
So they're the only person who should answer to you.
If your purchase doesn't reach you by the expected dates, you do what's in this link-------->
Get help with an item that hasn't arrived | eBay
Respect the deadlines set by ebay and above all don't let yourself be fooled by nice promises (as can sometimes be read on this forum) that can make those deadlines void and cause you difficulties for a possible refund...

I’m just reporting a bug in the tracking ..... parcel handled by eBay delivery service when purchasing with customs fees payment......I just want to know where the parcel is.....otherwise there’s no point in having tracking if it doesn’t work 🙂

Mentor2 years agoAs soon as it goes through the redirection platform, there are always delays, not to mention that the tracking number will change.
For customer service: "Help" section at the bottom right.
