Tracking a La Poste package with no reliable information

When you look at my parcel tracking, NO INFO ....and a very long La Poste tracking number that doesn't correspond to ANYTHING.... SO, WE DON'T KNOW IF THE PARCEL HAS LEFT, IF IT IS ON ITS WAY, WE DON'T KNOW ANYTHING AT ALL. WHEN YOU CLICK ON PARCEL TRACKING IT'S PATHETIC.... AND I CAN'T FILE A CLAIM saying that I haven't received it before the twenty-fifth. Whereas apparently, it's lost

As your seller is responsible for the proper delivery of the parcel...

- you should ask them for information about their tracking number to get proper tracking.
