tracking a package stuck in transit
Summary: elipo2015 expresses concerns about an item bought in the United States, stuck at Roissy even though delivery had been promised before June 26. After contacting several services, he was advised to reach out to the seller, who, according to another participant lingma85, is responsible for checking for potential blocks, particularly due to customs. Additional resources for tracking packages via Pitney Bowes are also provided.
Hello, I bought an item on May 30 that came from the United States and is supposed to be delivered before June 26.
This item is in principle supposed to have left Asendia's warehouse on June 6, and after contacting French Post this morning, I learned that my package has been stuck in transit in Roissy for several days! The post office advisor suggested that I contact the seller and see with them what needs to be done. He told me to contact eBay, which I did.
I also contacted Asendia at the beginning of the week and aside from the following email address that was given to me: eBayShippingTeam@ebay.com I don't know how to get in touch with the eBay support team
Any ideas?

Mentor2 years agoHello @elipo2015
Your seller being responsible for the delivery of your purchase... so it’s up to them to take the necessary steps to find out what is blocking your package...
Now, customs is meticulous and requires that sales/purchase invoices be easily accessible...
As for global shipping, you need to contact/check the Pitney Bowes website
