I placed an order as a guest less than a month ago for a product shipped from the USA to France, where I live, with an estimated delivery date between December 13 and 26, 2023. I received an email confirming that my order has been shipped. Now I would like to know where this delivery is at (already in France or not, ...) but I can't find where to enter any details to get information. I went to the online help where I entered my order number for a buyer without an account. It tells me that I will receive an email giving me information, but I don't receive anything.
