Your seller has to work for their shipments with Globbal shipping, of which Glendale Heights is a sorting center in Illinois.
When your package crosses the Atlantic, it changes tracking number and then goes through customs...
It usually takes 8 to 10 days for the transit to happen, at the moment...
Be a little patient.
You have 30 days after the estimated delivery date to open hostilities...
Then, let’s not forget that there can also be delivery delays with everything that’s currently going on in France (which is a bit disrupted...)

Your reaction is understandable.... and your irritation is pushing you to open hostilities...
So do what’s in this link----> Get help for an item that hasn’t arrived | eBay
ONLY when the expected delivery date has passed...
If by chance you win the dispute, and eBay refunds you.... BUT the package arrives late, I sincerely hope you’ll have the dignity/honesty to reimburse the seller, who would be a victim of a delivery delay beyond their control...

I’m not opening hostilities,
I just want to receive my package and have a tracking number
and be able to contact Ebay before the supposed delivery date
because waiting and waiting doesn’t move things forward
and it’s not nice, even off-topic, about my honesty
it’s obvious that the seller will be paid if I receive the package

no point trying to contact e Bay, they don't handle deliveries.
Check with the carrier.
Who was your parcel entrusted to? You have the details on the listing / Delivery.
Try to see with them who is taking over, which is not going to be easy.

could it be stuck in customs?
Check the estimated delivery date on the listing .
If it’s past due, open a dispute for item not received / At the bottom of the page "eBay Customer Guarantee ".
