green letter tracking
Hello,
I sent a sale via green letter, the recipient received their letter, but my parcel tracking is not up to date because there is no tracking number. How do I update the sale status to delivered? It’s asking me for the shipping number... ?

You must absolutely send it with a shipping method that allows tracking; you’ve run into an honest buyer, luckily.
Ask your buyer to leave you a review.

OP2 years agoyes with green letter there is no number it's a regular letter...
the buyer already left me a review.
Can he confirm receipt on his side?

The buyer left you feedback and that’s all they have to do ..
Without a tracking number, the confirmation and payment for your sale will go through, but it will take a little longer ..

it’s automatically validated with the tracking number...
You must not ship without tracking.
as a new seller on the site, you’ll therefore have to wait until the payment is released:
