The delivery is marked as delivered today, but that’s not the case. The item has not been delivered. What am I supposed to make of that ???? Was the package stolen, or will it be in my mailbox tomorrow???
- Check with your family and/or neighbors to see whether someone might have received it on your behalf.
- Find out from your carrier who made the delivery and under what circumstances.
This may possibly allow you to obtain proof in case of "theft"...
It may also be that your delivery person didn’t have time to stop by your place today and marked it as "delivered" to avoid an issue... and will make the delivery tomorrow... (I’ve experienced this myself, as far as I’m concerned...)

If you don't have it, ask the seller for it.
