Evaluation suppression
I received a negative rating from a buyer who claims that I did not provide a necessary cable. Yet, in my listing, I had specified that this cable was not included. So the rating seems unjustified to me. Do you know how to ask eBay to remove it? Thanks for your help.
Because I send complaints to eBay but I feel like it’s going nowhere..

If ebay considers that there’s nothing to change, negotiate directly with the buyer ..

Otherwise you’ll have to wait a year for it to no longer appear in the calculation.
