Hello,
For some time now, Packlink has been surcharging my parcels for incorrect weight... This is becoming a recurring issue even though the dimensions and weight are correct.
Despite several attempts on their platform to try to dispute this surcharge, it is impossible for me to do so because supposedly my parcel does not exist, even when entering the parcel tracking reference (FR2026EBAY0002767591).
