Suspicion of fraud

Hello,
I'd like to buy spare parts for vehicles on the eBay site.
I asked to be called by a seller who told me that there were customs fees with a seller located in Poland. As far as I know, Poland is part of the EU, so there are no customs fees.
Are there any scams on eBay?

No customs fees, but maybe VAT?
do a search on the internet to find out if it's a scam ..

Hello,

Your seller may be in Poland, but the parts may come from a country outside the EU

I've never had any problems with sites located in Poland

There are scams everywhere
