I bought 2 gate remote controls on 19/04/2023 and they no longer work. I sent a message to the seller with no response for repairs, radio silence

Purchase made and then almost 1 year....
- on the site, you can't expect anything... any possible guarantees can only be exercised during the 30 days following delivery...
Then, if there is a warranty, it can only be the manufacturer's warranty passed on by an approved professional seller...
If that is the case, you should be able to find their contact details in the reviews you left (their account still works.. but it seems to have quite a high % of negative ones )
Send them a registered letter with return receipt asking for "repair" in the form you want and within a time limit you set, otherwise.. you open a case with the DGCCRF whose mission is to protect consumers..
Other than this last option, there is only a repair if possible by a specialist in this kind of equipment...
