Lost remote
I bought a remote control for a TOKAÏ television.
It has not been delivered to me for 1 month.
I contacted the seller who asked me for my name several times.
The purchase does not appear in my Ebay purchases.
Ebay is doing nothing about my order No. 15-12181-25002 .
What else can I do.
