Bonjour I posted an ad to sell my Xiaomi Redmi Note 11 phone, in the photos I put there is the phone and another photo in settings showing what concerns the phone, so that it is a Xiaomi Redmi Note 11. However, when I searched on eBay for the listing title I did not find Xiaomi Redmi Note 11; I saw Xiaomi Mi 11, so I assumed that was the one. Sold. The very evening of shipping the buyer asked me for confirmation that it is indeed a Mi 11 because, he says, it does not look like one. I checked, the Mi 11 is not the one I sold, indeed my listing is wrong, but the photos are of my phone with the correct reference; if the buyer had looked properly he would have seen that I made a mistake. He has received the parcel and does not want it. Can he refuse it so that it comes back to me, how does that work, is the error entirely my responsibility or his too, will I recover my final value fees thank you for advising me

If the error is your fault, you must take care of the return and refund of the item ..
