I think I’ve fallen for a scam and there’s no "ebay" guarantee for this purchase.

To get a refund with the site's support, you need to follow the instructions in this link------>

If you made a simple request directly by private email... it won't come to anything.

But.. if you did what is indicated and there is no result,

you need to contact Customer Service here---->

Preferably do this during office hours and ask to be called back.
