Ebay doesn't have a warehouse and "the eBay warehouse" doesn't exist.... since it doesn't sell anything and doesn't buy anything....
On the other hand, it does have a delivery platform that gives pre-filled delivery slips to sellers who use them...
You should contact your seller and let them know that you haven't received your item, if the delivery date for your own purchase has passed... see this link---> Get help with an item that hasn't arrived | eBay
While you're at it, let them know that you received items that aren't meant for you and ask what they plan to do.... if there's no adequate response, ask the site for help here---> Ask eBay to step in (for buyers) | eBay
( preferably during office hours and ask to be called back if possible - eBay Customer Service )
Best regards
PS..
Normally, when there is an error with the goods, you keep them at the seller's disposal... and/or you can send them back against payment of the shipping costs...
