Good evening, I ordered an item on eBay that I paid for and that was supposed to be sent to me. In the meantime, my email address was hacked, so I had to create a new one, but my order never arrived because they must have contacted me at the old email address, so I lost my 47 euros. What should I do? Thanks in advance
Your eBay account has been open since last September 24, probably to make your first purchase....
Normally it should appear here-----> https://www.ebay.fr/mye/myebay/purchase which has nothing to do with an email account hack... On this eBay page, you have all the information regarding your purchase ( item - shipping costs - tracking number - payment )

If you haven't received this purchase.. you had 30 days after the scheduled delivery date to take action as stated here----> Get help for an item that hasn't arrived | eBay
If this deadline has passed ( which seems to be..), there is nothing more you can do on the site, nor claim anything there....

If your seller is French and a professional... his address is on the other listings on his account...
Send him a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt and see with him how to proceed...
If your seller is foreign = ----> you're done for..
( I think you should forget your €47 and move on to something else...)
