Hello, I sold a broken Microsoft Surface tablet saying that the battery needs replacing, but the buyer is sending it back to me saying that it won't turn on or that it's broken. How do I resolve this problem ?
you don't say that the battery needs to be replaced. You only specified in the description:
microsoft surface pro 7/256Gb/ H.S.. For a good DIYer or technician
The problem is that you chose the condition "used", which specifies: " Item that has already been used. The item may show signs of light wear, but it is fully operational and works as expected. "
Contact customer service to sort it out with them.
