Hello, as a seller I accepted a counteroffer from the buyer, the person hasn't paid yet and I can't find a way to contact him in order to follow up. How do I do it?
"I accepted a counteroffer from the buyer" = which confirms the purchase, so it should therefore be in your successful sales with a contact link (or else you can go through their username).
Just so you know, eBay sends automatic reminders.
If the buyer doesn’t respond, you’ll need to think about cancelling for non-payment...
