Call eBay France from abroad
Hello,
What is eBay's phone number from abroad, since the disputes department only accepts calls from France. That's stupid for a merchant that works internationally 😞

OP3 years agoWe need to add Paypal's phone number for sellers and buyers paying through this financial institution
Paypal phone: +0033 0186995653
PS. But that does not mean they have access to eBay customers' files. Just to accounts, transactions, and disputes opened on Paypal.

Mentor3 years agoHello @titipsi
Registered in Luxembourg, you depend on ebay.com (not ebay.fr):
https://www.ebay.com/help/account/contacting-ebay-customer-service/contacter-le-service-clients-ebay?id=4379&st=3&pos=1&query=Contacter%20le%20Service%20clients%20eBay&intent=service%20client&lucenceai=lucenceai&docId=HELP1326

OP3 years agoI seriously doubt it because ever since I've been on eBay, ebay.fr has been answering my questions and can access my account (as can ebay.be and ebay usa).
