attempted empty package scam
Hello,
a buyer is telling me she received an empty package, but it wasn’t damaged or opened.
I think it’s a scam because I’m asking her for photos and then she tells me she no longer has the box, but she just found the bag, even though I didn’t put any bag in there.
and now she wants to send me the evidence by email or phone
what should I do,

Since she's trying to "get" you... let her...
If she insists, feel free to warn her that legal avenues for complaint exist and that you may use them...
you'll see what happens...
As a seller, and against this kind of person.. you have little chance of avoiding a dispute...
