good evening

I just sold two stamps, of which the registered postage R2 is €6.50. eBay charged each stamp at €6.50, so €13, even though these two stamps will be sent in the same shipment as R3 for €8. I can't manage to modify the invoice, which totals the two registered items at €13. What should I do to change this invoice

2 solutions

1) - the simplest----->

explain to the buyer that you are refunding the €6.50.. but they need to pay the full amount requested by eBay...

2) - more complicated with a risk of not selling afterward....----->

While explaining to the buyer that the change can’t be made because you haven’t set up your account for multiple sales.. you have to cancel those sales... create a new listing with the 2 purchases and just 1 shipping charge...
