Hello, I just received 156 negative ratings. I did send his stamp order, and he explained to me to put them in a large bubble envelope, telling me that mail often doesn't arrive at its destination in BRAZIL. He tells me he hasn't received anything so far; he could have asked me for a refund, but no, he gives negative ratings directly. Really abusive, so I am contesting these abusive ratings
