If it's for the neutral one, it has no impact on the seller's account (in any case, it would be up to them to send you a rating change form, but for a neutral I doubt they'd do it, for fear of ending up with a negative instead).
So you might as well leave an additional comment to point out the error if you want (as it stands, it's obvious to everyone from the label "super") :
