Hello,
I returned the item, the seller asked Ebay to step in. Refund refused, ok. But the seller kept my item worth 130 euros.
I asked Ebay to step in, I should have had a reply within 48 hours but still nothing and it’s been a week. The seller isn’t replying to my messages.
I want my purchase sent back to me. What should I do?

I finally found the chat and apparently I’m going to be refunded 157 euros within 48 hours!
no reference number though..and once the chat is closed, no more proof.
I can’t wait to see if it’s true..

Mentor3 years agonormally (unless that has changed) a copy of the chat exchange is sent to the eBay messaging system.
(and you can also take screenshots during the conversation)
