OP1 year agoyou didn't understand anything, you! the item is paid for: €108.27 plus VAT €21.65 total order €129.92
and free shipping OK so VAT has been paid but what was hidden was the CUSTOMS fees another €30 so lacking in honesty.

Today, you are giving additional information (customs fees of €30). Information that the people replying cannot guess...
So relax when you reply and next time, give all the right information in one go!

If you had clicked on "learn more.." in the delivery, you would surely have cleared things up 🤔

go to the Fedex website since you have the tracking number. You'll get the answer.
Free delivery has absolutely nothing to do with the amount of any taxes related to a purchase from outside the EU...
