Hello everyone, as you can see from the title, I have a problem with an order I placed.I wanted to buy an Asus Rog Ally Z1 Extreme (ref: RC71L-NH001W) but I accidentally bought an Asus Rog Ally Z1 (ref: RC71L-NH019W).I believe the fault lies with eBay because on the original listing, in German, the correct version is clearly indicated, RC71L-NH019W :German version listing Whereas on the French version the reference RC71L-NH001W is indicated in the listing title, hence my confusion :French version listing The order was paid via Paypal (if that information is useful), and is currently being delivered (picked up by DHL today).Through eBay it is currently impossible for me to cancel the order, so I contacted the seller to let them know about this confusion.I also contacted DHL by email to try to cancel the delivery, I’m waiting for their reply.How should I proceed on eBay to cancel the order? Any other advice to follow ???Thanks in advance for your replies
