Hello, how is it possible that a package transported by the eBay platform arrives at customs without any customs documentation and when I contact them for a duplicate of the invoice I am told "I don't know if you understand me, I'm not customs to help you, wait until September and ask for a refund"

Si c'est nécessaire,vous pourrez signaler un objet non reçu au lendemain de la date estimée de la livraison ..
