Only a pro seller can provide you with an invoice ..
If it's a private individual, you'll need to print out the purchase summary .

Ebay doesn't sell anything, so it doesn't issue invoices (it's just a matchmaking platform).
So:
* Either your seller is a professional, in which case you need to sort it out with them,
* Or the seller is a private individual, in which case you'll have to make do with printing the "order details" from your ebay purchase history.
