VAT from the United Kingdom

Hello,

I bought an item from the UK and eBay charged me 65 GB in VAT.

The problem is that CHRONOPOST is asking me for this VAT again. Chronopost is telling me that you must refund me this VAT because I should not have to pay it twice.
