Hello, I bought an item from a professional English seller, I paid via Paypal, however on the invoice there is VAT in principle, they should not include it since it is for export, how do I go about getting this VAT refunded knowing that I will have to pay customs duties ,,

Since Great Britain is outside the European Union, why should you be exempt from VAT?
