Hello,
I am a French company with an intra-community VAT number and I want to buy products on e.bay from a company established in another EEC country.
The seller tells me to create a business account to benefit from VAT exemption on intra-community trade. Which I have done.
Problem: the prices still appear including VAT in my cart even though they should appear excluding tax.
The seller tells me to contact customer service but I have doubts when I read the explanations on the site (clearly e.bay has no interest in tax-free prices for the calculation of its commissions...)
