Hello, I’d like to buy an item that comes from the USA. VAT was included in the price displayed by the seller originally, but he made me a lower offer, and now I’m being asked to pay VAT on top of this new price. I don’t really understand, since VAT was included at the start and the seller gave me a discount, I shouldn’t have to pay extra tax, right? Thanks Léa
