Hello A buyer buys a year of German stamps, pays for it and I send it immediately, then he asks to cancel the sale because he made a mistake about the year and buys another one which he pays for straight away, but I have already sent the first order so I refund him for this mistake and send him the new order again with a stamped envelope so he can return the first order that I refunded, the buyer keeps buying every week but does not send back the order that I refunded him for, even after several messages, he buys, pays but does not reply to my messages, so I have lost a whole year of stamps as well as a stamped return envelope. What should I do? Thank you
