A buyer cancels a sale
Hello Sir or Madam, I'm new to Ebay and a buyer won an auction. So the auction ended. He is informing me by message that he found another purchase. He has not made the payment. What should I do ??? Thank you for your help.

You can cancel the transaction for non-payment after 4 full days.
