Hello, following the posting of listings by me, a potential buyer (who has already bought items from me before) is telling me that he can’t bid on my items, nor contact eBay support to get information about this. He’s asking me if I can contact eBay to find a solution. Do you know why he’s having this problem? Have you ever had this happen? Who should I contact to try to help this person? Your potential buyer may have unpaid purchases on their account, which is why they can't buy from you ..They must have received a message about the block.
Try putting their username in your exempted buyers list for conditions.
