a seller sold me a defective com2000
I'm disgusted with my purchase. Admittedly, it took me a while, due to personal problems, to install it, but I installed it yesterday and it's defective. The seller refuses to take it back even though it was stored in its original packaging and in the house. The return period is exceeded by &( days. Refusing the return is outrageous.

It’s true that on eBay, you can’t really do much...
- if you paid with PayPal, you have 180 days after purchase to file a claim...
- also check with your credit card payment method to see if you have any recourse...
At the same time, since your seller is a professional... you write them a letter by registered mail requiring them to refund you or replace the defective part within a time frame you will تعیین, failing which you will use the legal remedies available to you, which are ---->
- a complaint at the local court
and/or
most effective, in general, ---->
- let your seller know that you are putting together a file with the DGCCRF in your region or theirs (doesn't matter...) -
In general, that gets things moving... !
