Hello, I'm a new customer on eBay and almost all the purchases are going well with responsive and professional sellers. In total, I've spent nearly 650 euros. But out of those 650 euros, 89 euros are in the process of being stolen from me.Indeed, I placed an order with a seller. I canceled this order the next day. The delivery person took a very long time to respond to my request, which he didn't even process, since he asked me why I was canceling my order. A seller has no right to do that; the buyer has a right of withdrawal. The order was placed on May 11 before being canceled. Tomorrow, it will be May 17. The worst part is that the products the seller refused to cancel HAVEN'T EVEN BEEN SHIPPED.No help is being given and it is not tolerable for my experience to be ruined like this. It is not normal for a seller to have such an easy and stupid way to scam a customer.I am therefore requesting a refund of my 89 euros.
