a Canon Wi-Fi printer for 89 euros
When ybay delivers to my home, will I get a bad one because for the other parcels I have to go pick them up at the pickup point and yet I pay for shipping, but it stays at the relay point, is that normal or not

it’s up to you to track your purchases on the carrier’s website.
And if needed, contact your seller.

Unless I'm mistaken, eBay doesn't buy anything and doesn't sell anything... therefore--->

It's only the sellers who use eBay to post their listings who ship their sales...
You need to contact the person who let you down..

As for M.Relay's home delivery.. first of all, you have to have paid for it and also for it to be included in the service offered by your seller.

If this service isn't included, you do indeed have to pick up your parcel at the relay point.
