Urgent! Request for assistance
Summary: leo.grsk ran into a problem with the shipping label for a package on eBay. After trying to download it, the page didn’t refresh, and the package status changed to “shipped” without it actually being sent. They can’t find the label and are being told to buy a new one. lingma85 advises them to check the information on canceling shipping labels and to contact eBay customer service if needed.
I created a shipping label for a package that has to go out tomorrow morning, I clicked to download the slip, the page wasn’t refreshing so I clicked back. After that I lost access to the page + the package status was instantly set to “sent” even though I didn’t touch anything. Since then I can’t find the shipping label on eBay anymore, and they’re suggesting I buy a second one…
I don’t understand why we don’t receive it by email.

If the info in this link----> Print and cancel postage labels | eBay doesn't provide a solution, you need to contact the site here---> eBay customer service (at the bottom of the page---> "contact us" ) preferably during office hours.
