Hello everyone, I ordered an item last week and it doesn't appear in my purchase history. The seller isn't responding and never sent it to me. They may not even know that I bought an item from them. I was charged and am trying to reach someone in customer service by phone or email because the help center doesn't have a solution to my problem. I don't know where to go and going through "ask Ebay to intervene" "doesn't work". My item and order numbers are not recognized. If you have a phone number, I would be grateful.
