URGENT – My listings are visible but bidders are blocked 2 hours before the end!

Hello everyone,
I am a professional seller on eBay, specialized in numismatics, and I am currently dealing with a major technical issue.
👉 All my listings are visible, active, and some are ending in less than 2 hours, but no buyer can place a bid.
Several loyal customers have just written to me after trying to place a bid, and they all get the same message:
“It looks like this seller’s items are not available for purchase at the moment.”
The only message I received today from eBay concerns a VAT compliance request related to sales to Germany. It states that I have a 14-day deadline to submit my OSS VAT number or a threshold declaration.
There is no mention that my sales would be blocked immediately, or that this would affect ongoing bids from French or international buyers.
🔴 Problem:

My listings are coming due, some in less than 2 hours, without buyers being able to bid;

So these are neither true auctions nor fixed-price sales;

This violates eBay’s contractual terms and causes serious commercial harm;

It is impossible to contact eBay urgently despite the situation.
📣 I am requesting an immediate restoration of bidding, or failing that, the suspension of my listings before they end.

I’m posting here once again because the situation is becoming unbearable and totally unacceptable.
👉 eBay had sent me a message confirming that the restrictions on my account had been lifted.
Yet the very same blockage has just started again: buyers can no longer bid, and my listings are ending right now, in the next few minutes.
Several customers have written to me again to tell me they’re getting this message:
I invite you to see for yourselves.
The listings are visible, the sales are in progress, but bidders are blocked. The sales will therefore end not at the actual market price, but at an artificial price determined by eBay’s technical blockage, which is absolute nonsense for an auction platform.
🔴 I’ve been on eBay for more than 25 years, and I’ve never seen a situation handled this badly.
I’m seriously thinking about stopping everything, because it’s becoming impossible to work under conditions like this.
I will therefore cancel these sales as soon as they close and inform the buyers of what happened.
eBay, this is absolutely unworthy of your reputation. We are a long way from what you were 10 or 15 years ago.

you are currently the first person to report this issue.

Customer service doesn't come on the forum (and even less at this hour...) so it's impossible...
Contact them tomorrow morning.

I'm following up on my previous message regarding the blocking of my listings, which were visible but inaccessible to bidding, with only two hours left before they ended.
I just received a message from eBay informing me that the restrictions have been lifted on my account.
The bids are active again.
Thanks to everyone who read me or offered their support, and to Ebay's quick response.
