I can no longer ship to the United States. The post office systematically forces me to use the Colissimo rate even for a 50g package.
What can be done?

Indeed, shipments to the US have become complicated, and shipments other than a "real" letter are sent by colissimo.
The US had a new regulation created since August 2025.
You need to go to the La Poste website to find out more about the documents to fill out for each shipment.
