Hello,

Several buyers complained this weekend that they couldn’t buy my items because adding them to the cart triggers an error. Today, I discovered that when clicking on my account, a red error message saying “an error has occurred” appears, and buyers can’t access my account.

I’d also like to add that this problem is random: some buyers can access my account, others can’t.

Is this problem known, and is there a way to fix it? eBay support says they know nothing about it and have just “opened a ticket”
