Bank account verification
Summary: patvog_74 is having a problem with verifying his bank account on eBay after his first sale. He entered the amounts of the bank transactions to validate his account, but is getting an error message. koalagris advises contacting eBay customer service to resolve this issue.
New to eBay, I need your help.
When I created my account, I had entered my bank details to verify my bank account so I could receive the money from items sold.
Last night I made my first sale and at that moment I got an alert message saying the payment is blocked because my bank account could not be verified.
After that I saw that it was asking me for the amounts of the two transfers from them to my account.
They debited and credited me €0.01, but when I entered the two amounts, I get an error message saying they are not the right amounts.
I have made two attempts and I have one left before my account is completely blocked.. did I make a mistake?
