account verification
Hello, for the past 2-3 days, I've been trying to confirm my account. I entered all my information with my passport and eBay still hasn't confirmed my account. Is there something I should do about this?

Check whether you properly followed the requirements when uploading the file (format, size, etc):

If you did what was needed on the banking side.... eBay will send micro payments to your account and you will get a message telling you what to do with them.... and this operation should complete the verification/confirmation..

OP2 years agoThey made the microtransfer, which only confirmed my bank account, but not my information like my name, my date of birth, and my ID.

ask to be called back via the "contact us" tab...
Do it during office hours.
